Ajesh has over 30 years of experience in IT. He has held leadership positions at TD Bank, Symcor Inc, Citigroup GTS, D+H LLC in Canada and Collabera (Consulting Division) and Ciber Inc in the USA. He has managed multi-million dollar programs and portfolios in the financial services and retail sectors. He previously founded and led a software products company that delivered projects all over India and Nepal for clients in diverse industries, like FMCG, Food & Beverage, chemicals, engineering and defence.
Ajesh believes in practicality and usability as the keys to a successful change initiative. As a business leader, he understands costs and benefits. His wide exposure to diverse businesses allows him to deal with all situations in a rational manner suited to the culture of the organization.
An entertaining speaker, trainer and coach, he uses real life anecdotes from his wide experience to illustrate key aspects of the subject. Ajesh has been invited to speak by various PMI Chapters and SIGS. He has delivered several PMP prep and Scrum Master certification courses.
