Client: Federated Cooperatives Ltd, Saskatoon, SK

ART was commissioned to lay down a base framework for the project management practice. The key objectives were to develop a foundation for accountability and predictability. ART used Scrum techniques to develop a Project Management Framework for the IT Project Management Office (PMO).

Key deliverables included an IT-wide Framework for Roles and Responsibilities, a core set of usable document templates, a Sharepoint repository to hold methodology artifacts and knowledge and a Sharepoint repository to hold project documentation for the entire portfolio of IT programs.

Client: Manulife Financial, Toronto, ON

Led the development of Global Project Management Framework for Global Project Management Office. This was rolled out to Manulife PMOs enterprise across all business operations in Canada, USA and Asia.

ART led design workshops and developed artifacts and processes. Developed central repositories using IBM Connections. Developed Cost and Risk management tools using custom Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) code on MS-Excel.

Client: Resmor Trust, Toronto, ON

Designed Overall Testing Framework for Ally Bank Launch Program. This included framework for testing readiness and acceptance of all key deliverables required prior to launch of the bank. Developed program level Schedules and Interdependency charts, ran workshops and projects.

Acted as lead for integration of PMO processes from US to Canada. This included mapping Canadian requirements and process modifications required to integrate Canadian operations into the PMO system, Clarity.

Client: 407-ETR, Toronto, ON

Designed standards for IT PMO. Delivered custom templates and MS-Project base frameworks. Delivered custom training to Project Managers on scheduling, planning and use of the standards.
